About the Position
We're looking for a creative and enthusiastic part-time Social Media Marketing Manager to help us grow our brand and engage with our community. This position is perfect for students who are passionate about digital marketing, social media, and technology. You'll work flexible hours (15-20 hours per week) and gain hands-on experience in a real startup environment.
What You'll Do
- Content Creation: Create engaging posts for our social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook)
- Community Engagement: Interact with our audience, respond to comments, and build relationships
- Content Planning: Help plan and schedule social media content using tools like Buffer or Hootsuite
- Analytics: Track basic performance metrics and learn how to optimize content for engagement
- Brand Building: Help maintain our brand voice and visual identity across platforms
- Collaboration: Work with our small team to align social media with product launches and updates
- Genuine interest in social media, digital marketing, and technology
- Good written English (Czech is a plus but not required)
- Creative mindset and willingness to learn
- Reliable and able to manage time effectively
- Familiarity with major social media platforms
- Previous experience with social media (personal accounts, student organizations, etc.)
- Basic design skills (Canva, Figma, or similar tools)
- Understanding of B2B marketing concepts
- Experience with scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later)
- Interest in developer tools and SaaS products
- Creative thinker with fresh ideas
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Good communicator who enjoys writing
- Detail-oriented with an eye for quality
- Adaptable and eager to learn new skills
- Flexible Schedule: 15-20 hours per week, arranged around your available time
- Remote-Friendly: Work from home or our Prague office (your choice)
