Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from the billing page. Plan changes prorate immediately and any unused balance carries over to your next invoice.
What happens if I exceed my email limit?
We notify you at 80% and 95% of your monthly cap. If you hit 100%, capture pauses until the next billing cycle or you upgrade.
Do you offer a free trial on paid plans?
Free plan with verified email has limits big enough to test the Mailloop functionality yourself.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are billed once a year and save you roughly two months versus paying monthly. We support credit card, SEPA, ACH and bank transfer for annual contracts.
Where is my data stored?
All sandbox data is stored exclusively on EU infrastructure (Nürnberg). We are GDPR compliant.
