Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from the billing page. Plan changes prorate immediately and any unused balance carries over to your next invoice.
What happens if I exceed my email limit?
We notify you at 80% and 95% of your monthly cap. If you hit 100%, capture pauses until the next billing cycle or you upgrade.
What counts as an email preview?
One email rendered in one email client in one theme. One email in 4 clients, light and dark, is 8 previews.
What does beta mean for email previews?
Every render runs in Chromium standing in for the client's own engine, so read it as a guide to what a client drops, clips or recolours, not as a pixel match, and expect the occasional render that is off. If one is wrong, write to [email protected] with the email id and the client.
What happens when I hit the preview limit?
We notify you at 80% and 95% of your monthly preview cap. At 100%, rendering pauses until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade. Existing captures, the inbox, webhooks and the API keep working as usual.
Do you offer a free trial on paid plans?
Free plan with verified email has limits big enough to test the Mailloop functionality yourself.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are billed once a year and save you roughly two months versus paying monthly. We support credit card, SEPA, ACH and bank transfer for annual contracts.
Where is my data stored?
All sandbox data is stored exclusively on EU infrastructure (Nürnberg). We are GDPR compliant.
